Not Just for Golfers
Much has been happening in the field of performance psychology in recent times and several "empowerment therapies" have been developed which dramatically cut the time necessary for effective relief and results.
As anyone who has competed in athletics can say, the difference between the average athlete and the elite player is much more mental than physical. I’ve been working with a new technology that has the ability to take an athlete from average to elite.
All accomplished athletes know that the mental (emotional) side of the game is the main thing holding back their improvement. That's why college and pro teams hire sports psychologists.
All athletes have their individualized beliefs, idiosyncrasies and other barriers to achieving their full potential. Getting to individual issues like this often spells the difference between good results and spectacular results.
A breakthrough technique exists that is so simple, so effective, and so unlike any other technique or tool available to shift sports performance easily and permanently.
With this technique athletes are able to :
Enter the Zone at will - and stay there
Enhance confidence
Never choke again - EVER!
Release mental blocks
Increase focus
Eliminate doubt and fear
Reduce or eliminate anxiety
Breakthrough current comfort zone
Increase motivation
Take performance to the next level
Eliminate self-sabotage
Move out of slumps
Set and easily achieve performance goals
Resolve any performance challenges
One of the most important pieces to the sports improvement puzzle is to widen the athlete's comfort zone. They must mentally "see" themselves at the new level before they will achieve it consistently. This new technology can be used to reduce these limiting mental barriers. What you focus on becomes.
The COMFORT ZONE is a critical concept within all performance pursuits. This is the mental place where an athlete subconsciously believes he/she "belongs." It is what keeps performance at its current level and, without properly addressing it, any improvements you develop as an athlete are not likely to be lasting.
To properly enhance one's performance, there are two levels that should be addressed....
1. You must broaden the COMFORT ZONE and,
2. You must address the specific impediments to performance:
When an athlete’s body is highly conditioned and their physical skills are second to none, the only thing in their way is the mind.
They pick up thoughts, notions and attitudes on their journey through life: negative thoughts, ideas, beliefs and past incidents that serve to limit their performance.
